The Grand Wailea has a stunning resort vibe with incredible pools and beautiful gardens that make you feel like you're in paradise. The staff, with just a few exceptions, provide excellent service, ensuring you feel welcome throughout your stay. On the downside, the food is quite pricey, and the rooms, while spacious, show signs of aging. The dining experience could be improved, and the location can get a bit crowded, leading to long waits during peak times.

We had such an amazing time at the Grand Wailea! The staff was truly exceptional and made us feel like family, which made our honeymoon all the more special. The resort's stunning views and luxurious amenities offered a memorable experience. However, the pool's chlorine levels were a bit harsh, and the valet parking fee of $40 per day felt excessive. Overall, it was well worth it for the level of service and comfort.
